​Cyclical Regeneration and Well-being Workshops (3 Modules – choose your package)


​Looking for a deep reset by the sea? Join us for a unique 3-hour afternoon with neuro-somatics and hormonal yoga.


This program is based on modern knowledge of the nervous system (polyvagal theory) and traditional yoga techniques.
​We designed this time to naturally support your endocrine system – especially the thyroid, metabolism, and sugar regulation (insulin resistance), which react fastest to chronic stress.


​You can participate in the entire 3-hour process or choose only the module you need the most:


​MODULE I: The Magic of Breath (60 min)


​Deep nervous system regulation and stress reduction.
The first hour is pure work with breath (Pranayama) and neuro-somatics. You will learn how to activate the vagus nerve through simple breathing techniques, which acts as a natural brake for stress and cortisol (the main enemy of your hormones). We will go through a path from soothing calm to safe energizing techniques that oxygenate cells and awaken your metabolism.
​For whom? For anyone feeling overstimulated, chronically tired, and wanting to learn to manage their energy through breath.

​MODULE II: Body and Hormones (60 min)

​Somatic movement, asanas, and working with energy.
This block combines the wisdom of classic asanas with a modern, gentle somatic approach. We will focus on positions stimulating the thyroid, pancreas, and adrenal glands. There are no complicated acrobatics here – the movement is fluid and adapted to every body. We will enrich the practice with subtle work with mudras, ocean breathing (Ujjayi), and visualizations of energy centers (chakras), which will strengthen the health-promoting effect of the session.
​For whom? For those who want to support their thyroid, sugar metabolism, feel lightness in the body, and release somatic tensions.

​MODULE III: Evening Deep Relaxation (60 min)


​Yoga Nidra and healing sound session.
The perfect closure of the day in a seaside atmosphere. This hour is a time of complete non-action and deep regeneration of the body and nervous system. You will experience Yoga Nidra (guided yogic sleep in a lying position) combined with gentle meditation. Relaxation will be completed by soothing vibrations of Koshi bells, which will help integrate the beneficial effects of the whole day.
​For whom? For anyone who has trouble falling asleep, wants to deeply reset the mind, and feel a state of blissful relaxation before sleep.

​When: Every Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Workshops available between July 10 and August 28, 2027.

Cost of the entire 3-hour workshop 180 PLN.
