Tibetan Singing Bowls Concert in Hammocks
A relaxation session using Tibetan singing bowls and sound therapy instruments conducted in hammocks is a unique experience supporting deep regeneration of the nervous system and restoring inner balance.
Participants rest in soft, enveloping hammocks that provide a sense of comfort, lightness, and body relief. In this space, carefully selected therapeutic instruments resonate: Tibetan bowls, gongs, koshi chimes, and ethnic instruments, whose subtle vibrations create a multidimensional sound bath.
The combination of sound, vibrations, and gentle rocking promotes calming the flood of thoughts, reducing physical and emotional tensions, and entering a state of deep relaxation. Regular practice may support improved sleep quality, increase stress resistance, deepen body awareness, and aid the body's natural regenerative processes.
This is a proprietary form of relaxation combining the elegance of sensory experience with the beneficial effects of sound therapy and the feeling of almost weightlessness provided by resting while suspended.
Regular contact with the sound of bowls:
• reduces stress and tensions in the body,
• supports calming the mind and improving concentration,
• regulates breathing and heart rhythm,
• stimulates natural self-healing processes,
• restores a sense of calm, lightness, and balance.
It is not just sound – it is an experience of deep immersion in subtle vibration leading to harmony of body, mind, and spirit.
Classes will be held with a minimum of 4 participants.
