TRAINERS:
Karolina Dziubek
At the age of 5, I started training in rhythmic gymnastics, which quickly became my passion. I trained daily for 4-6 hours, and on weekends I attended competitions. My greatest achievement in gymnastics was being called up to the National Team, twice winning the Vice-Championship of Poland, and standing on the podium many times in international tournaments. Later, I became a licensed instructor authorized by the Polish Gymnastics Association. For years, I trained children and youth at various schools and clubs - including Egurrolla Dance Studio. Then my passion for dance led me to the stage of a touring theatre, where for three years I played leading roles - including Gerda and Pocahontas.
Along the way, I always felt that I liked being close to my body and soul. Giving it the best and what helps it - and that is how my path crossed with pilates. Pilates “repaired” my body, which had been worn out by years of gymnastics and dance. It showed me that movement can be enjoyable and healthy. Every day, I run a pilates studio where I “infect” others with a love of movement.
Sandra Malitowska
I am a dietitian with a clinical specialty and a psychodietitian, as well as a health educator. A healthy lifestyle has been my daily routine for many, many years. I am a dietitian by education and passion, and additionally a fitness instructor with many years of experience. Holding a license as a recreational movement instructor and a sports dietitian certificate allows me to also consider training aspects when tailoring individual recommendations and working with clients. As an instructor, I have led dance classes, Zumba, as well as strengthening and general development training. I also conduct cooking workshops and lectures for children, youth, and adults.
The biggest change in my professional work came from psychodietetic studies and the development of motivational dialogue skills, which completely changed the way I talk to my clients and affected the quality of dietary care I offer my patients.
