About the project
The project included technical consultancy related to the preparation of the first center in Poland specializing in Pilates on reformers – a unique place combining fitness classes, yoga, and functional training with a full wellness offer. The center features 15 comfortable guest rooms and a SPA zone, which includes a sauna, massage room, and a treatment room providing specialized wellness services. The facility was created for people seeking active recreation combined with comprehensive regeneration.

Project objective
The project aims to develop Travel and Action’s business and diversify its sources of revenue by introducing services in the SPA, fitness, and accommodation segments – areas in which the company had not previously operated. The initiative will bring benefits both to the company itself and to its clients.
Project scope
As part of the project, activities were planned to mitigate the effects of the crisis caused by COVID-19 and to increase the company’s resilience to similar situations in the future. These include investments in adapting buildings for the provision of new SPA and fitness services along with the purchase of necessary equipment, participation in training in marketing within the HoReCa industry and in reservation system and accommodation facility management, as well as the purchase of consultancy services to develop a marketing strategy and operational procedures for the new facility.
Project results
The outcome of the project is the diversification of the company’s operations to include SPA and fitness services combined with accommodation, which will contribute to increased competitiveness and greater stability on the market.
