Meals
During the camp, 3 full-value vegetarian meals will be served daily. Each one is poetry on a plate.

PRELIMINARY PILATES CAMP PLAN OCTOBER 10-12, 2025
Day 1 FRIDAY
From 3:30 PM – Arrival of participants and accommodation
4:30 PM – Welcome and trip opening
5:00 PM – Pilates on the mat
6:30 PM - Dinner
7:30 PM - Evening sauna session + Zumba – light dance integration
9:00 PM – Women's circle – conversations, getting to know each other, casual integration with tea/wine
Day 2 SATURDAY
7:30 AM - Morning cold water swim for those interested
8:00 AM - Beach workout
9:00 AM - Breakfast
10:30 AM – Pilates reformer training in groups*
1:30 PM – Lunch
2:30 PM – Free time / relaxation / walk
3:00 PM - Zumba – energetic dance session
4:30 PM - Culinary workshop – preparing dinner together
7:30 PM - Dinner
8:30 PM – Evening painting with wine – artistic fun and relaxation
*During group classes, other groups have the opportunity to use the sauna and rest
Day 3 SUNDAY
8:00 AM - Morning beach workout – movement and breathing
9:00 AM - Breakfast
10:00 AM – Pilates reformer training in groups*
1:00 PM – Lunch
2:00 PM – Farewell, trip summary, group photo
3:00 PM – End and departure of participants

I have been involved in sports for years. I developed this passion as a dancer, fitness trainer, aquafitness instructor, and finally a Pilates teacher.
Pilates helped me build the dream figure and create a strong, healthy body. Thanks to this method, I got rid of pain, which is why I happily watch how this method helps my clients! I believe that each of us is unique, and our bodies are masterpieces!

Attractions and location
Jurata is one of the most interesting seaside resorts in Poland. The healing, recreational, natural, and climatic properties of this place are undeniable. The sandy, spacious beach and the sea are the perfect place to relax. The Hel Peninsula has a rich, little-known history and holds many secrets.
The nearest beach is about 400m away, and the pier is just under 600m. Nearby, there are also forest hiking and biking trails.
Additionally, close by you can enjoy outdoor attractions such as:

- Quad rides to hidden attractions of the peninsula
- Windsurfing or SUP safari classes

Booking and cancellation conditions:
Prepayment:
Within 24 hours of making the reservation, the Guest is requested to pay a deposit: 30% of the reservation amount.
14 days before arrival, the Guest should pay the remaining balance of the reservation.
The paid deposit is non-refundable.Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation after paying the remaining balance of the reservation, the deposit and the paid 70% of the reservation amount are non-refundable, unless the Guest finds a replacement person.

There is no bad weather in Jurata, bring clothes for various weather conditions on your vacation, this will allow you to enjoy the sea on sunny and windy days.

- Towels and hairdryers are provided in the rooms.
- The property does not provide bathrobes in the rooms.
- We do not offer laundry services.
- WI-FI is available on the premises.
- Rooms do not have TV or refrigerators.
- Arrival with pets is not possible.
The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
